This application was designed and built by captainDave. He has been a professional application developer since the mid 80's and has been boating since the late 70's. Captain David Hopkins is a U.S. Coast Guard licensed captain holding his OPUV and with the assistance of several other boat/cruising enthusiasts monitor the Float Plans that you have requested we keep tabs on.
This network of people just adds to the number of people that are helping to protect you, your passengers and your vessel while your Float Plan is Open.
We are not doing this for money, we don't charge for our services, and all of the Float Plan Monitors are volunteer.
